We stayed at the Lakeville Holiday Inn while in Minnesota for a wedding. The accommodations were excellent. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Quiet perfect for sleeping in the comfortable beds. The service and food at the Red Eye Grill was excellent as well

We stayed here this past weekend and were disappointed. First, the room says POOL VIEW, if you want to book pool side once you get there they will make you pay 25 more. Then the breakfast.....FREE? No, 20 towards your bill which does not go far. Never have I had this type of breakfast and nowhere on booking or their site does it say this. They were so rude to me when I brought this up -"read your coupon" the dark haired tall manager said to me. I said "you could have made this clear on checkin", to that he said "read your coupon". He was rude. No hospitality here. So I had to bring the website where it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED, not 20 credit. He then credited me back for the extra but the rudeness was horrible. Very old building no updates and pool open until 11pm which was late with small kids and loud older kids outside. I would not recommend this place. They also were rude about the room and that is absolutely not clear on holiday inn website either. They get you in and charge you more, not fair in my opinion.

Amazing staff and the room was very tastefully done. Food was fabulous. Highly recommended all the way around!!!

The pool area is nice if you have little kids, mine did enjoy it (2 and 4yrs), however, bring your own beach towels as they offer hand towel size only and the water and room temp is not warm. Also recommend doing a pool access room if you can especially with little kids - so much easier to get back to your bathroom or take breaks etc. I packed a small cooler and they have tables and chairs In the pool area. The hot tub is a plus for sure.

Staff and customer service was friendly, helpful, and overall excellent. Dinners at the connected restaurant were great, breakfast was OK. Love that kids eat free! My 6 and 8 year old had a blast at the pool and using the slide. Pool towels could be bigger.

This hotel is wonderful but what made it more wonderful was the staff on the night we stayed and the following morning - Tristan was the guy at the front desk and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! My kids even thought he was pretty cool.

We can't wait to go back! The pool area was so much fun!

Family fun water park. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Only downfall was how expensive it was.
