Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth-MN

My room was comfortable. Appreciate the shuttle service. Sad there is no complimentary breakfast option. Disappointed I was told to use the skyway only to find out skyway was already locked. Also disappointed about not getting to use my rewards.

The hotel location can't be beat with it's proximity to the waterfront. Our beds were so comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

WARNING. Stay at your own risk. Hotel is clean and staff is pleasant, however our vehicle was broken into in the hotel parking garage. Upon filing a complaint we had to wait in line behind half a dozen others that had also been robbed. I would recommend staying elsewhere for your own safety and the security of your personal belongings. If you must stay somewhere like this please take the appropriate precautions.

Great Staff Good rooms

This is probably the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed at. The price vs what you have is awful ?. Our shower didn't work,small tv, horrible service. You would expect much more than the $300 per night. Will never stay here again ever

Was great everything was conveniently located I had access to pool hot tub the food was amazing the staff all friendly and polite

It was a nice hotel. Suite was kind of small. Walls were super thin, we heard everything our neighbors did and everyone walking down the halls. The only great thing about this was the location and that our room was right by the pool. Other than that, for a Holiday Inn, I was surprised that they didn't do the free breakfast. Front desk told us that housekeeping will not be tending to our room during our stay that if we needed anything just call, but both the phones in our room didn't work. If it was like that, they should've put extra garbage bags in the trash cans. I booked for a total of 6 people in our suite (adults and children) and we only got 2 bath towels. Everywhere else that I booked at for my family size always gave us the amount of towels that equaled to the expected amount of people arriving. When we realized that we needed more towels and our phones didn't work, we saw housekeeping a door down from us and asked her if she could give us more towels, she hesitated but gave it to us anyways.

Clean, comfortable, good parking, skyway system, always a good place to stay
