The staff was very kind to my husband and I and could not be sweeter to our dog. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the dog courtyard. I felt safe taking the dog out.Report

Loved the lobby and staff, meeting facilities were reasonably well equipped. Room was comfortable with assortment of pillows of varying firmness. Mattress reasonably comfortable. Shower head and other bathroom fixtures would benefit from updates to modernize and increase function.Report

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bar served up a decent drink. Food was unremarkable. After we checked in, our room was rented to another guest. Luckily we were behind him in the hall as he unlocked our door.Report

This Holliday Inn is beautiful inside with a Bar/ Restaurant right off the lobby, a gym, an indoor pool with a hot tub. A laundry room is available but, be sure to bring your own detergent and quarters if you plan to do laundry because they won't provide either. The staff was great and the rooms were very nice. The beds were like Heavenly clouds and the check out time was like NOON! My family had a great time and we had to get 2 rooms. I am proud to say that they provided us with a substantial discount for my prior service in the USMC! Military discount! Thats right! This will be my goto from now on in Charleston WV. Enjoy!Report
