Nice facility in its amenities, but everything needs updating. It is an old facility that is showing its wear. The staff is outstanding. The location is central for driving to places, but do not plan on walking. We did see one roach come out on our return to the room when we turned the lights on. Where there's one, there's many. We informed management. I hope they take their pest control more seriously

For starters after driving 20 hours to get there to spend the holidays with my family 40 minutes after we checked in a maintenance man beat on our door threatening to throw my Autistic daughter and husband who Is a US Army Veteran suffering from PTSD out of the hotel for being "too loud"!!! When I asked to speak to a manager over the situation at the front desk I was told that there wasn't a manager for the hotel to speak to!! We were also told that our breakfast would be complimentary and when we went to get it they tried to charge us!! To make matters even worse the AC was broken in our room and we spent 2 out of our 3 nights with NO AC in 80° WEATHER then was told that we had to pay for a pillow to be replaced that I sweated the hairdye out of my hair onto!!! Never in my life have I stayed at a 4* hotel with less than 1* class!!

Very nice people, but bar and grill is NOT open on weekends!

Judy is amazing.

Judy at the front desk was a pleasure. She was very attentive and made my stay easy and comfortable. Thank you Judy for being a great person!!!! IHG needs more people like Judy in staff. Please recognize her for her amazing performance.

The customer service was impeccable, the room and hotel were clean. Only issue was we were expecting the breakfast as advertised to find out that it was closed on weekends due to COVID. Apparently Monday-Friday is safe to serve breakfast. I had to rush to locate and pay for a place to eat breakfast.
