They no longer have their bar and restaurant, which is something we look forward to in a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was heat in the microwave sandwiches, fruit and yogurt. I love the team at Spokane Airport Holiday InnReport

They are my home away from home for long stretches at a time and it never fails that whenever I come and go they always make it feel like home. Warm and welcoming looking after me. Great customer service and genuine hospitality which sad to say is missing in our "Pandemic Weary" world these days. Whatever your doing when it come sto hiring keep it up.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Everything was great except they forgot to leave extra toilet paper and facial tissue in the room and we ran out, but other that that, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and they even provided a shuttle to the Northern Quest Casino where we attended a concert! Thank you!Report
