Holiday Inn Southaven Central - Memphis replied on Monday, November 29th 2021Emma, While there are many causes of Pink Eye, I'd like to apologize if you believe our hotel room pillows were the cause of it. We have taken great pride in cleanliness of our hotel and hotel rooms, especially since COVID bc we want each of our guest to feel comfortable and have a safe stay every time. To do that, we use hospital grade cleaners to disinfect our rooms and take additional precautionary steps before making our room available to sell. We ensure all linen and towels are pulled to wash regardless if used or not upon every guest checkout and replace them with cleaned ones. We also have our housekeeping staff inspect and sanitize all of our pillows, blankets and mattress tops before laying new linens. We will definitely share your comments with my housekeeping staff and ensure we take additional disinfecting steps than we already are. Thank you, Jay Patel General Manager
