Clean and spacious room. We arrived late at night and the front desk agent Bee was very welcoming and accommodating.

Front desk was extremely rude and tried to charge me twice for the night. The bed was so hard both or us had trouble sleeping and woke up with back and hip pain

This hotel is under construction/renovation. They're putting guests on floors right next to rooms that are being worked on. It was extremely loud every single morning. The heater was outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower had low pressure. Just overall a bad experience.

The beds were so hard it was literally painful to sleep. The toilet didn't flush properly. The lady who checked me in was SUPER sweet and helpful but otherwise my stay was uneventful until I tried to check out in the morning. This is where things went from meh to absolutely horrible. My credit card was authorized the night before when I checked in and it the morning the girl at the front desk attempted to run my card multiple times again and insisted I would be forced to provide another form of payment despite the charge already being authorized on my card and the funds being held on my card. She insisted that an authorized hold wouldn't cover the payment and I would have to pay with another card. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful to both me and my mom. If you stay at this hotel I urge you to check your card balances to be sure they don't double charge you at check out. I stayed here because it was close to Pike Place market and The showbox concert venue because I was going to see my favorite band the next day but I will never. Ever stay in this hotel again and would never recommend it to anybody I know and would like my money back for the exceptionally disrespectful treatment I recieved from the front desk staff, especially Jackie, who was the one trying to run multiple charges to my credit card and yelling at me and my mom and tresting us like we were stupid and hadn't been staying in hotels for 30+ years and not knowing how credit card charges work.

Best part about the stay was the staff and service we received. Top notch. Rooms are average or below expected compared to other Holiday Inns but not bad. We had everything we needed.

Great for price, heater was a bit loud and a light switch randomly stopped working midway through stay

J'y ai passé une nuit et je n'y serai pas restée plus. Beaucoup de bruit gênant pendant la nuit, pas de petit déjeuné. Je laisse deux étoiles pour la proximité au centre ville…
