The workers were great and kind. However the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner along with the room. The bed and pillows were comfy.

There was difficulty with my room. The thermostat would not adjust and it was uncomfortable. The attendant let me switch rooms but it was a downgrade and it smells like cigarette smoke had been covered up. The attendant was extremely friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was able to sleep well in a clean room with a smart TV and liked the pancakes with the free breakfast. The staff at the front desk was very kind and had a great sense of humor. The housekeepers were also very kind and efficient. My only reservations are the plumbing for the tub was poor and the water covered my feet when I finished taking a shower. I do wish the breakfast had some more non-dairy options such as almond milk or oat milk for coffee, since I am lactose intolerant. But honestly, I was thankful to have a nice, decently priced stay since my apartment flooded.

I work in a hotel myself so I'm usually pretty sceptical when staying somewhere that only costs €98 a night with a free shuttle to the airport and breakfast included however, my room was ready when I arrived at around 12 so I got to check in early which was great. I had to go to the airport for a covid test for my flight the next day and the shuttle collected me and brought me back to the hotel and the journey was super quick! All of the reception staff I dealt with were so so lovely and extremely helpful! I stayed in a room with a king sized bed and oh my days it was UNREAL. I had stayed in a five star hotel in Whistler two nights previous to this stay and the bed in the holiday inn was bigger and comfier! The room was super clean and the bathroom was perfect. The fridge and microwave in the room came in really handy the next morning as I had to leave for the airport at 5:50 so I couldn't have the breakfast included in my stay but I got stuff from the dollar store that was a five minute walk from the hotel. There's also a Tim Hortons beside the dollar store which was real handy too! I got a wake up call at 4:30 which insured I didn't miss my shuttle to the airport at 5:50. The gentleman who was driving the shuttle was also super lovely. Over all I didn't have terribly high expectations for the hotel before my stay however never again will I be so quick to judge as I had an amazing stay! Thanks a million to all the staff! I wish I had to get another flight from Vancouver airport just so I had a reason to stay again!

Stayed one night after visiting Lewis Ginter botanical gardens. Plenty of parking. Room was spacious and clean with keurig machine, TV, USB plug ins, and spacious bathroom. Loved the breakfast with eggs, meat, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, and muffins and toast. Staff met everything filled. Would stay here again when in Richmond again.
