Holiday Inn Port St. Lucie

Great staff. Still upgrading hotel.

Room was musty and damp. Forget the bed if you're under 5'. Bed is about 3' off the floor. Noisy traffic from US1. Felt more like a Motel 6 than a Holiday Inn.

Clean, quiet, nice rooms and nice service

Hate to leave such a bad review but the rooms were dirty and I didn't stay the entire length of my stay. I have traveled across the United States and have stayed in many hotels, this was by far the dirtiest and most out dated. Sad because I don't like leaving a poor review. The rooms need updating and they are in the process of doing that, there are signs posted everywhere. I booked it through Hotels.com and it was a non-refundable room, I definitely learned my lesson and $300 down the drain. I wouldn't stay here if I were you.

Bathroom fan was weird and loud and the floor of the room was sticky feeling, but other than that the room was great. Daniel and the young man in the morning with glasses were amazing, friendly, professional and outstanding overall.

The front desk staff Nicholas, Zach, and Dan are friendly and attentive to the customers (which is something that I can appreciate), and the housekeeping is on point! I stayed at this hotel for a week and was truly pleased with our stay.

HIG team in Port St. Lucie, your hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you for an excellent stay!
