WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Should have read these reviews prior, my mistake. I agree with previous review from Eva as she treated me and my family the exact same way. Horribly! That this "manager" that works at the front desk Cynthia Villalobos is completely rude, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service skills. From the moment I walked in, I did not get a warm welcome, she was not upholding covid guidelines as she was not wearing a mask. Stated my room would be ready in 15 minutes when it wasnt, then she overcharged me $150. She claimed she could not refund the amount until checkout, and as I was trying to express my concerns and informed her I was going to call my credit card company, she just walked away, literally! When I expressed to her about how she rudely walked away mid conversation to me, her response was dismissive, she could have cared less about her error or my concerns. No apology, nothing. I preceded to ask for the manager and she said she was the manager, so I asked for her manager and she stated she was it. She did not have a manager. Obviously a blatant lie to paying customers when they have concerns. Shame. Some gentleman, no clue as he did not have a uniform badge or introduce himself proceeded to apologize for her mistakes. Seems like a scam. We had just driven 20 hours and walking into the hotel after our long trip and receiving that type of service especially with a reservation was horrific! Hospitality is not what this place offers and this "manager" gives the hotel a bad name. Cancelled my stay. Will be advising their regional/corp office, and the bbb along with this review.

Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing as there was construction work in the area and my navigator kept missing the path to the hotel, I ended up going back on the freeway and exiting from another rout to get to the hotel. I chose this hotel as it was near my exam location. It's a hotel with a spacious lobby area, and a nice breakfast (There was no buffet and I had to choose an item from the menu). The price was a bit high, and it looks like the Ontario area hotels are a bit pricy overall.

Nice stay and maids were great. Everything was great until I attempted to use dryer and it did not work and turned into a debacle. Following Everything turned to sugart. I attempted to call management and was told I would receive a call back within 2 hours. 8 hours later at 3 am I received a call. I told the representative never to call me at that hour. I don't know what else to say so have a very merry Christmas and refund me some money for my troubles

Seemed a bit expensive, no continental breakfast, got lucky where I parked because business vehicles parked everywhere, had just enough room to get out. So, if your a big truck, park lined up for straight exit
