Had a great experienced had a great experience in the bar everything was good thank you very much
We apparently stayed when there was a kids hockey tournament in town. So the hotel was very full and there were a lot of children running around the property. This wasn't the hotels fault and was really no bother to us until about 10:30 when we wanted to sleep. We decided to go to the pool because it was adult only time and there were still a lot of children in the pool. Again not really a bother to us because we wanted to use the hot tub and there were not many kids in there, but just something to be aware of. We had a jacuzzi in our room, but we had little to no hot water. Then the jacuzzi malfunctioned and the jets would turn on by themselves when there was no water in the tub. The manager was informed of this the next day, and he moved us to another room and compensated us for one night. It was not another king jacuzzi suite as none were available, but it wasn't a big deal to us. So overall even though our stay wasn't the greatest, I feel that they took care of us and took our concerns seriously.Report
