Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Barboursville

We had our company Christmas dinner here on Dec. 11 and it was perfect. This is the fifth year in a row that we have chosen this location. Kim, the bartender, and Danielle the server/supervisor both have gone out of their way to make our annual event something that my staff remembers and cherishes every year. Older staff always let new people know what to expect and we are never disappointed.
Kim has been the bartender every year since we began and we always look forward to her. She is more than a bartender, she is always attentive to anyone's needs, even if not bar related. Danielle has always gone out of her way to make sure everything goes off as planned without a hitch. These two ladies are two of the reasons we don't even consider another venue for our events. This Delta Inn has always been clean and inviting and the entire staff has been terrific. I recommend this inn for anyone I know travelling to the area and anyone who has taken advantage of the recommendations has always been well pleased.
If this is how you treat all your guests, you will rapidly rise to the top of the hospitality industry. With employees like Kim and Danielle, Delta is top in my book.

We continually utilize this facility for our bi-yearly sales meetings. They are always on point and make you feel at home, but also listen to our requests and adjust accordingly. We will continue on this path and highly recommend them to others.

Only 3 stars because of the friendly staff and cleanliness. Bed was hard; nowhere near what $150/night hotel bed should be. My wife had to sleep sitting at the table with her head on a pillow. No microwave in the room. If you don't have a sensitive back, then it's a really nice place to stay and probably worth the money.

Wonderful stay! The room was clean and everything was up to date, beds were comfy and couldn't even hear people walking above us, and breakfast was delicious!

This hotel has an amazing staff. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and greeted with a smile. The head housekeeper was very helpful. Rooms are clean with up to date smart TVs. Overall a nice hotel

Best place ever, the king Suite had a huge jacuzzi tub it it. Very clean and nice people.

Super nice experience. My view from room 513.

Very convenient location from the highway. Staff very friendly. Nice room with a nice bathroom; shower was great. Room heater did not keep the room to temperature as expected.

Pet friendly for fee. Friendly staff. Clean. No issues.
