Holiday Inn Hattiesburg - North

Hotel / room was nice and clean but the breakfast situation was horrible we spent at lease 30 minutes waiting after placing our order only to receive cold breakfast. This hotel breakfast setup needs revising and would be more efficient as a buffet breakfast ( just served yourself)

We had a pleasant experience everything was clean comfortable beds and great location

I felt at peace and comfort. It was so easy to fall asleep knowing of the cleanliness and comfort of my king bed.

I thought the price was more than usual and did not reflect the service that was expected but not received.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. i especially loved the king suite.

One of the nicest decorated IHG hotels i have seen, room was clean, very comfortable bed. The only turnoff was they try and put the hotel receipt under the door and it does NOT fit so it sits outside your door on the floor for everybody to see your information, I hope they read this and think about changing before someone information is compromised.

Great service, Best beds I have ever slept in, Best pillows I have ever slept on, great showers and toiletries, Very good breakfast, well lit and open lobby, Clean lobby and rooms. I love the Holiday Inn

My experience at this Holiday Inn was very sub par. My daughter and I checked into our room and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Black mold all over the shower and hair on the bathroom floor. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a new room. The second room they gave us was not much better. There was a brown substance on the shower curtain, pink mold in the shower, and the bathroom door had splatters on it. There were food particles all over the night stand and all around the plug ins. We also saw at least a dozen ants and I woke up with ant bites on my ankles. The card left by the "cleaning crew" had the same names on it for both rooms. The pictures below are from the 2nd room. Definitely find a different hotel to stay in while in Hattiesburg.
