As far as price it was reasonable. I paid a bit more for the room because of the advertised breakfast. The breakfast was nothing like advertised though. It was a disappointment. Had I known there would only be muffins and waffles I would have stayed elsewhere and gotten breakfast from somewhere. Don't advertise and include something in a price that isn't available please.

I am disappointed that after many years and stays at IHG hotels this one hotel is the reason I will not stay at IHG properties anymore. I was in the room for 5-10 minutes when I noticed 3 bugs on a wall. I immediately left the room and told the front desk employee. I thought she had checked me out since they had no other rooms available but I was fully charged for 2 nights and I did not stay there. The hotel refuses to refund both nights for a loyal IHG customer due to a pest problem in their hotel! GM does not return calls or emails. Poor service. Do not recommend.

This is our preferred hotel for our business project team. Very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Sometimes in the HIX chain, breakfast can be a hit and miss but very consistent here. I recommend that you get your key refreshed when coming back to the hotel at the end of the day. A big improve would be the RFID cards offered at some locations rather than the mag stripe but overall, I highly recommend this hotel
