I booked 2 rooms but upon check in they said someone had canceled one but we did not. Fortunately the manager immediately handled and got us our second room. The staff is all very courteous and helpful! But the guests at the hotel were AWFUL! Fighting and screaming all night and people without masks coughing over the food at breakfast! I understand you can't pick the people who stay in a hotel with you but it really ruined what was an otherwise nice experience!Report

Our stay was amazing from check-in to check-out. The process was easy, the staff was helpful and so accommodating. The suite we were upgraded to was absolutely beautiful! Can't wait to find another excuse to visit.Report
