Everything was satisfactory except for a bathroom door handle that was broken and the refrigerator took a long time to get cold but other than that I was satisfied.Report

Very relaxing, hassle free weekend at the airport HIE. Conveniently situated across from Lambert International, this hotel offers excellent service, and from my previous experience/stays , it's always clean, and the grounds seam to always be maintained...Report

Friendly stuff. No hot water but ithey able to relocate me , i got text messages about arrival and safely. Cleanness. So close to the airport to the car rental . New facility.Report

The check-in guest service agent was super helpful and informative. If I had a question or needed assistance she was ready and willing to help. I got to relax the day before my flight. I had a good stay.Report

The hotel was very clean. It was conveniently located right next-door to the airport! Being that close to the airport I was able to sleep without any problems as I did not hear any of the air traffic!Report

Hotel was decent. stayed in a lot nicer holiday inn expresses. We stay at IHG hotel exclusively.Report
Worst part is their shuttle only runs from 4am-10am for the airport and we were told "to just deal with it" by the hotel management AFTER we paid the $50 to park our car and AFTER we were told To call the hotel the day before we come back and the hotel will work with us to get us back there. We were told to use other hotel shuttles or another shuttle and walk down the ROAD to the holiday inn to get our car. How CONVENIENT and SAFE with an INFANT and multiple adults. You can stay at other hotels that will run shuttles anytime you need them. Like what hotel tells their PAYING customers to walk down a busy road with an infant in 30 degree weather?
What a waste of money to do a stay, park & fly here. Don't waste your time or money with this hotel - stay elsewhere.
