We stay at this location whenever we go to a home Penguins game. Our stay is always very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff is always very helpful. This year when our game was canceled at the last minute General Manager Brad was very customer oriented in helping us cancel our reservation. Would definitely recommend!!Report

I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a funeral, and I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Gigi was taking care of breakfast on Monday morning and was very helpful--she made sure that I had an opportunity to get a little more breakfast before she closed for the day, and was very kind to me and concerned about my fractured ankle. I wish that every Holiday Inn Express had staff like they have here. Very positive experience!Report
