Asked for additional towels.. answer. I don't have any housekeeping can't give them to you. Asked for late checkout.. answer approved for 1130.. they sent info to tv saying checkout is 11.. Asked to extend stay ... answer you have to come back and show your ID and cc again even though they took it at check in. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

I already gave my review of how Wonderful my stay was and I forgot to add these things. The room temperature was perfect!!! I didn't have to adjust it at all. Also I forgot my body wash and to my surprise they had real body wash not little soap peices . Thanks so much for thinking about everything for the comfort of your guests.

Positive: The location was great and staff did their best to accommodate to my needs. Negative: The room was great however the room had a mildew or musky smell. After looking around room #327 looked like it had water damage on the ceiling and the some of the upper part of the wall above the bed.

Have been staying her at least one week each year and always pleased with the staff, service, location, parking and the cleanliness of the rooms. Shopping and restaurants in the are also great and easy to get to.
