Ceiling sheetrock tape hanging, stained carpet. Very dated and unkept. I've stayed here numerous times but haven't in the last few years. Shocked at how it's been allowed to run down. I have photos but haven't been able to get them to upload.

Upon checking in the computers were down and took 30 minutes to get me checked in and then put me in the wrong room....I paid for a suite and was put in a standard king room which was a little wider! Not a suite!

I have stayed here many times over the years and was shocked to see how it had deteriorated. I've written this review 3 times and the website has not been able to upload the photos so if photos are needed I have them. Ceiling had sheetrock tape peeling off and hanging, stains on carpet, ice machines were broken and looked disgusting, trash overflowing in breakfast area (early) attendant on cellphone in room off of breakfast area with coffee empty, no butter, very few choices. Eggs stuck to pan, pancake machine broken and it was obvious that the attendant did NOT want to be there.
Room appeared to be clean other than the cosmetic issues. Desk staff were friendly but breakfast attendant was annoyed when asked for coffee, plates and butter. Very disappointed! This was my go to hotel when going to my hometown. Not again until it's brought back to Holiday Inn standards!
