Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast - Antioch

The team was friendly and responsive. The beds were comfy, and water pressure was STRONG! The rooms were clean and the location was right off the main highways. Highly recommend

My husband had a layover in Nashville from California on Southwest which because one flight got delayed he didn't make his connecting flight…. I called the hotel and CHEDDY took THE BEST care of not only my husband, but me as well…he talked me through everything and made sure we were taken care of! He was personable, kind, helpful, generous, and best of all funny! In such a crazy world (and situation) he still found a way to make me smile and laugh. People like him should be applauded and rewarded for their efforts and work ethic because I'm sure he deals with the "oh-so-best of them"!! I am a mother of a soon to be two year old by myself while my husband flew across country to pay respects to a friend gone too soon… in an unfortunate situation he was stuck in Nashville where his connecting flight was…. Cheddy made sure I was taken care of as well as my husband by referring us to the "sister" establishment who has a 24 hour shuttle to the hotel right around the corner from the airport, as well as, helping me after a rude employee refused to help and hung up on me. I called him back and he made sure to make it right. After all was said and done, my husband made it to the hotel, has officially checked in and will spend the night until his flight in the morning!

Thank you so so so sooooo much Cheddy for your utmost kindness, help, and especially the laughs in a time I felt like crying!!! You, sweetheart, are a prime example of hospitality at its fullest and finest. Like I said when I hung up the phone with you… if I ever got the chance to hug you, I would, out of pure gratitude.

This allowed me to come home refreshed for the 1st time!

I love everything about the stay. I had the experience of stay from Friday until Monday. Close by the airport. Awesome!

The staff specifically I believe is the general manager Michelle was outstanding I came in Toto the hotel at the last minute. I am an over the road truck driver and my vehicle had to go in for service and she made the experience so the experience's so wonderful.
