Check in was a breeze, friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, great location to the mall, bars and shopping. Could use improvement with some hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels, lighting was poor in bedroom area, beds were super lumpy and uncomfortable. However good for the price.

What an amazing hotel. It was the perfect hub of our trip. Very clean and relaxing space. Everything was great. We haven't had this pleasant of a hotel experience in a while. Many thanks to the staff at the Nashville Opryland location. If we are ever in Nashville again, this will be the only hotel we will consider. Thanks again for making a good trip great!

Excellent establishment that I have frequented multiple times in the past! Very clean and comfortable and usually friendly staff that are welcoming and make you feel well taken care of EXCEPT for this visit. I had originally reserved a 2 night stay for a business trip and had to check out after the first night due to a medical emergency. When checking out I inquired about being charged for the one night instead of two as I was only 2 hours past checkout time and had to leave for a medical emergency. The front desk staff member, whom was on a personal call with her cell on speaker, did NOT appreciate being interrupted (though on duty) and informed me that there would be a $75 cancellation fee and acted put out that I requested a receipt, which is a requirement for my business expense reports. I don't know that I can continue to provide business as a rewards member or at this establishment that allows such unprofessional and rude behavior.
