Two king beds instead of queens was awesome!
The website said I would be charged whenever I got to the hotel room but they charged my card before I got there. I used a different card to get the room and now I have been double charged. I will be contacting the hotel Monday morning. Other than that everything was very good.

The hotel common areas and my room were bright, clean and pleasant. There were plenty of breakfast choices to start my day. The staff - from the front desk to the kitchen attendants to the cleaning staff were all really nice.

This hotel is right off one of the main roads along our trip from home to the in-laws. Great location, clean hotel, staff was friendly. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. My only issue is the train track right by the hotel. The train went by at 2am and at 5am, honking at every light. Fortunately, my kids slept thru it!

You ask ME why MY stay was excellent?!?!?! Psh!, I don't think I'm worthy to explain the perfection and attention to detail this staff has! I was treated like a KING! I was helped at every turn and paid a price comparable to none for the experience! Breakfast was great, the room was great, the help was great and I will be returning! Thank you thank you thank you for the experience. I love you guys and I hope your holidays are filled with magic! :D

The hotel was very dirty! Not only were the common spaces dirty but the room looked like the only thing cleaned was the sheets. There was mold in our bathroom so we were moved to another room that was just as dirty. The employees were wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts and were watching videos on their phones every time we saw them. Very poor service and very low quality hotel.

I was rotating my brother to STL after having g a serious health scare. I found this hotel so refreshing. I hah only one con, it didn't have safety bars in tub/shower. Breakfast was great.
