Ärgerliche Überraschung als wir abends ins Hotel zurück kommen: ABSOLUT KEINERLEI ZIMMERSERVICE!!! Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass auf Grund von Corona keine Zimmerreinigung stattfindet. Weder bei der Buchung, noch beim Einchecken wurden wir darauf hingewiesen. Angeblich wollen die Gäste das so. Wir zumindest erwarten für 160,-$ pro Nacht ein gereinigtes Zimmer. Alle anderen Hotels in den letzten Tagen, die wir besucht haben, waren selbstverständlich MIT Zimmerservice.Report

Sound proof the rooms especially between floors. The noise from the hallway was also disturbing. People yelling, talking loud and children running and screaming.Report

Overall it was a good stay. Right off the freeway, felt safe in the area. I booked a suite but unfortunately did not come with a kitchen I expected. Had a microwave and fridge.Report

Hotel overall was a nice experience. Breakfast was the usual fare, nothing spectacular, but filled us up. If we stay there again, I'll be requesting to NOT be in the rooms closest to the freeway. Our room was spacious, but the road noise was loud at night.Report
