Overall a great place to stay. Room was nice and clean. There wasn't any hassle to check in or out. This is my second stay this year at this specific location and will most likely stay here again when coming to Albany to visit my friends.

WE DONT STAY MANY PLACES BUT THIS WAS VERY PLEASENT AND NICE.WE WOULD COME BACK AGAIN.

Friendly staff and functional, modern room made this stay enjoyable. Would stay here again when in the area.

As always our stay in Albany was flawless. The staff is always friendly and has our best interest in mind.

A reasonably priced hotel; close to the facility I needed to visit for work.

I would have liked to have offerings of real food and beverage in the hotel for dinner

The facilities are pretty nice. light is better in the room than most, but still no lights above where you sit your suitcase.
Very frustrated with the Front Desk staff! This is the third stay I have made at this property and every time mI have gone to their food/drink purchase area the Front Desk person is nowhere to be found, hiding in the back office. It is extremely frustrating when you can find the person when you are trying to give them money.
Also, for the last two stays at the end of my stay, I have requested to have my bill e-mailed for my records and it was not done either time.
I do greatly appreciate their housekeeping options as that works great.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend.

Nice decor. I liked the layout of the room, with the nice spacious bathroom and entry foyer. Loved the comfortable armchair! The bed was firm but had a soft surface, which was nice. My husband and I both appreciated the ample space for luggage, and I liked the various lighting options.
