The air conditioner in the room turned on an off non stop all night. It was really annoying and a couple people in our party did not sleep well.

The pool was closed. We were not informed of this at check in. Our children were disappointed as we stayed here for the pool.

The internet signal was very weak from our room at the end of a hall.

Breakfast and staff were both wonderful as always at Holiday Inn Express, but this was a disappointing experience for the high price we paid.

Wow, this was one of the worst hotels we've stayed at in a while. Front desk person was nice, but wouldn't match an online booking price from a 3rd party. The room smelled so bad, like a strong industrial perfume, gave us headaches and asthma problems, the furniture was beat up, the bathroom fixtures were rusty and the tile in the shower was dingy and needed to be scrubbed, there was water damage around the tub that looked like mold had been painted over. The bed was really hard and the walls and ceiling were so thin that we heard people on all sides till after midnight then starting up again at 4 am. The staff didn't enforce mask wearing inside common areas even though it's state law. It's one of the most expensive hotels in the city and felt like some run down roadside motel.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express twice now. They are extremely kid and family friendly. Very happy both times. They have nice clean rooms, clean eating lobby, and great breakfast selections. My kids and I loved the automatic pancake maker. They also have a nice clean heated indoor pool and spa. It is definitely well kept. The staff there were very friendly. We especially really liked Katherine. She is awesome. She was really helpful during breakfast time. She made sure the breakfast area was well stocked with food, cups, coffee, etc. Constantly cleaning the area. Never complained when she is approached. My 2 yo daughter even dropped her milk and she cleaned it up right away with a smile. I am really impressed with her work ethic. She is one of the reason we will return in the future. The hotel room, workout area, and pool were nice and clean. The food was your average hotel food. I would stay here again. The fresh cookies were a nice gesture.

Great stay, convenient, clean, and hospitable staff!

Family enjoyed the whole stay. Was very quiet and clean.
