Holiday Inn Express Lincoln-Roseville Area

The hotel is great. The bathroom is odd. Square shaped large shower with no chair and no wand. It's not suitable for disabled and it's not suitable for taking a bath. What's the point? Breakfast is pretty good when they have bacon. Sausage is gross. Coffee is good. Food selection good. Seating good. Staff good. Pool is good. The reason for the low rating is the NOISE! All night they have these kids racing up and down the road right out front. You can barely sleep. And not a cop to be seen the entire 4 days we were there.

Okay really dirty

Staff were friendly. The hotel needs improvements in its breakfast variety, and taste as most of its protein source are very salty. Boiled eggs should be made available. Room had lingering smell. Ants in the bathroom

I have stayed at the Holiday inn once a year. Typically good experience and clean However, this last visit a cockroach was in my room.

Breakfast staff was amazing. Checking in was a joke. We made our reservation a week in advance, asking for a baby crib. We get there at 11 pm and they cannot get us a crib despite it being on the reservation notes. Somehow they missed it. And the front desk clerk cannot get a crib because it's locked in a room the night staff doesn't have access to. So we had to keep our baby asleep in her car seat. They apologize and get us the crib by 8:40 the next morning.

Thank you very much Jory, We appreciate you mentioned our breakfast team. We truly sorry you didn't received the same from our Front Desk team and we didn't deliver and set up the crib. We sincerely apologize.

The staff, such as Raj at the front desk and June in the kitchen, the food and the lobby were excellent. It was nice to have clothes washing machines on my floor. The carpets in the rooms were stained and the room had very few plugs for charging electronics. The very thin walls allowed noise from the hallway as well as neighboring rooms making it hard to sleep.
