Holiday Inn Express Lafayette-South

this was a perfect get a way hotel. everyone was at their best delivering great customer service at the front desk. the room and bathroom were clean and spotless and the breakfast was amazing. everything was hot and fresh.

this is a good hotel to stay at had everything I needed, and everything I requested was granted

The room was no good unfortunately. I thought the cleaning service cleaned these rooms after people checkout. We checked into the room for a one night stay late, and the room was dirty. Trash was still in the cans and no clean towels. We already moved our stuff into the room and it's close to midnight so who wants to change rooms at that point? Just a huge inconvenience. Please do better.

The purpose of this stay was to relax and I was able to achieve that. The gentleman working the front desk was kind and patient, he took his time with me and explained everything in detail. I really felt at home. I had no worries the entire time

Great location for my business in Lafayette, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Easy accessible and not a huge high rise hotel. Ample parking also.

Holiday Inn Express is usually a very Safe Choice to find a good place to stay that also has a good breakfast! This location did not disappoint. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and everything was in good working order. The wifi worked great which was important to me because I had work that had to be uploaded. The TV, remote and cable worked just fine even though I didn’t have much time for the TV.

We were celebrating my birthday and we live out of town. I was able to book the room with my points. Period. It was a great day. The staff was very friendly in the room in lobby area were very clean. Quick and easy access to Local spots in Lafayette.
