Holiday Inn Express Alva

The hot breakfast wasn't available because of broken equipment (so I was told) Was there for 7 days and still wasn't fixed. I also believe they were very understaffed and that was the real reason.

I found the entire facility to be clean and orderly. Every staff member I came in contact with was polite and friendly.

As I have already stated that we had several issues one that was out of there control but the others could have been addressed and were not until the next day which is why I gave a poor rating and the cost is Higher than what Alva should be.

Very beautiful layout of this hotel. Very clean and friendly faces.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel in a good location to stay at.

We pretty much only slept at the hotel. We did not eat there or use any amenities offered. The room was very clean. The bed was not very comfortable to me but it seemed like a nice bed.

Friendly staff, clean room, hot breakfast. Checks all the necessary boxes. :)
