Glenwood Springs Hotels by IHG

I rated a 3 for the rooms as they were very nice and clean but at the entrance of my room where there is tile....the floor was sticky. I wasn't sure what was on there to make it so sticky but that's the only part of my room I didn't care for. Other than that...very clean. Good customer service. The free bfast was good. I enjoyed my stay. Will visit again.

The walls of the hotel are thin. We requested to switch rooms because of loud neighbors, then the door lock of the new room was out of battery. The staff tried to fix the door lock but fail. We ended up switching from a king bed room to a 2 queen bed room.

Great night stay, beds are extremely comfortable along with pillows, fridge and microwave was a nice touch to have

Great service, great breakfast and close to town amenities

This was the most horrible stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn. I having working as an essential worker ever since the beginning of Covid. I am also leading 2 high tech groups and we staff properly. The training of staff is almost non-existent. I also had to carry my luggage to the 2nd floor because the elevator was broken (you should have made the guest aware before booking). Also, the toilet got backed up and the staff left the soiled towel during the whole stay at the hotel. I will never stay at your facility again.

The customer service was great. The hotel room was very clean. No issues at all.
