I have stayed at the Ft. Bragg Holiday Inn twice - once in June 2020 for 3 nights and again in December 2021 for one night. The hotel has upgraded its rooms and they are attractive, comfortable, and clean. I am a terrible sleeper but found the beds and linens helped me get a better night's sleep so that was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this hotel and will be a happy repeat guest.

We had a great experience in this hotel, no complaints, great location, very clean, good breakfast, very comfortable bed.

Very clean and quiet place to stay.

Positive: Friendly, efficient staff. Very quiet, clean comfortable rooms. Negative: Guests not wearing masks. Breakfast was sub-standard on weekend, with many more guests present. Informed earlier in week that hot food (omelets, sausage, etc) would be available but not. No fruit, no pancakes, just dried out bread and bagels. And sugar!

Stayed at this location after spending the day hiking at Russian Gulch State Park. Booked the room on short notice. Customer service level was excellent and room was super clean. Bed super comfortable. In room kuerig and microwave. Stayed in room 322, what a great view of the ocean. I am a Spire Elite member but usually check out early and miss breakfast. During check in front desk mentioned breakfast starts early at this location (6:30) and said the cinnamon rolls are to die for. Decided to stick around long enough to catch breakfast and yes the cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing. Hotel easy access to Hwy 1 and Hwy 20. Will definitely stay at this location again whenever I am in the Ft Bragg area.

Where do I start! After browsing through all stays in Fort Bragg, Holiday Inn is the best one hands down! Glad to have been able to stay in a newly renovated hotel! Here are some stuff I really liked:

1. Clean: The property is extremely neat and clean. They adhere to all safety protocols. There is also a 'Cleaning Station' near the Breakfast Area. Everyone wears masks and practices social distancing.

2. Sleep Quality: 'Soft' and 'Firm' are embroidered onto the pillow cases. The firm pillow is so amazing, I would like the same at my own home! Sleep quality is 100%.

3. Breakfast: The options are great, especially during Covid times. From no breakfast to minimal grab and go options, we've been through it all. From that, to an almost full breakfast option is amazing.
There's Sausage Egg Muffins, that you can self heat in the microwave and the usual bread and pastry section, oats, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, etc are available.

There's also grab and go pouches, which you can fill up with what you like and enjoy on the go. This option was great on the day we had to leave for the early morning activities.

The highlight is the Quickcakes' Pancake maker! No more measuring and pouring!
My kid wants the same at home now!
At the click of a button, you have 2 perfect pancakes that fall onto your plate! Absolute delight!

The Room:
Every tiny detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
There's hooks for your clothes/jackets/handbags above the platform for your travel bag. The design of the room itself and the artwork on the walls are aesthetic.
The study lamp has a cool design and functional at the same time.
The sealed lights behind the beds are great.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are a generous amount and are paraben and sulphate free.

Indoor Pool & Spa:
Nothing shouts winter holiday than an indoor pool & hot spa! It was extremely relaxing and every evening of our stay, we enjoyed some pool time fun!

Thankyou Holiday Inn, for making our Thanksgiving week extremely special and relaxing! Kudos on all that you are doing and continuing to do!

Positive: Front desk staff and all other employees are courteous, friendly and efficient. Pool was finally open! (water a bit chilly but there's a spa for getting warm again) Negative: Hotel guests not wearing masks...
