The Fire Island Boatel offers 10 newly renovated Waterfront Suites overlooking the Great South Bay for up to 4 guests each. Guests also have exclusive access to our expansive grounds featuring a private beach, lounge chairs, numerous outdoor seating areas, gas barbecues, outdoor showers, yard games, laundry facilities and an ice machine. In-unit amenities include all linens, beach chairs and towels, Keurig coffee machine & k-cups as well as all cookware glassware & utensils! Wifi and smart TV are included too!

Our second time here and will definitely be back for a third! Impeccable accommodations- clean, all amenities, right on the bay with wicked sunsets from your private deck. My family had the best weekend at the Fire Island Boatel. The location was incredibly convenient, steps from the ferry. The room was impeccably clean. We woke up every morning to breathtaking views of the bay and went to sleep after watching the beautiful sunsets. The ocean beach was a short walk away, and we had everything we needed for a great beach set up from the Boatel (towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wagon to carry it there). It's amazing to think this place is only miles from NYC, when it feels like a true vacation. Dan, who worked at the Boatel, was incredibly responsive and helpful, greeting us when we arrived and even mailing us forgotten items after our stay. This is my second time staying at the boatel and my family enjoy it every time. It’s clean, beautiful grounds, right next to everything you need. Both Jill and Dan were so accommodating. I am so happy we found the Boatel. The location is perfect, the view from the room is beautiful. The room was bright, cheerful and immaculate. The outside deck is a good size and very relaxing. The location, amenities, service, and views were absolutely amazing. The Boatel was spotless and a perfect setup for a family of 4. Right on the bay where your children can swim while taking in the beautiful views of the Great South Bay. Staff was attentive and anything you needed was just a call away. The Fire Island Boatel is pleased to offer 10 newly renovated Waterfront suites overlooking the Great South Bay. We most recently renovated our 1 Bedroom Guest Cottage that offers beautiful views of our landscaped grounds. Kismet is the westernmost beach community on Fire Island, known for its laid-back and friendly atmosphere. Guests can spend the day relaxing at the beach, riding bikes around the island, or grabbing a drink at one of Kismet’s local restaurants. Only a short ferry or water taxi ride away from Bay Shore, Long Island, Kismet is everyone’s favorite local paradise. Our Standard Suites sit directly on Kismet’s waterfront, offering the best views of the Great South Bay, Fire Island Inlet Bridge, and Fire Island Lighthouse. Each suite has a king or queen bed and pull-out couch, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Suites are equipped with a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchenette complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, and your very own private deck overlooking the water. Our Premium Sunset Suite is one of the finest accommodations that Fire Island has to offer, situated on the waterfront in the westernmost corner of the Fire Island Boatel. This suite has a king bed and pull-out couch and all of the same amenities as our Standard Suites as well as a 400 square foot private porch furnished with comfortable seating. The sunset views that this suite has to offer are second to none. All of our guests have exclusive access to the Fire Island Boatel’s expansive grounds featuring a private beach, lounge chairs, numerous outdoor seating areas, gas barbecues, outdoor showers, yard games, laundry facilities and an ice machine.
