I haven't even traveled there yet and I am floored by the customer service I've received from Ariel. I called to inform her of a change in my flight and asked if she had a recommendation or a shuttle service they offer since the car rental location would be closed after I arrive. She set up a pick up for me and called me to see if I had a preference. As a customer service professional myself, I was thrilled to have exceptional service from Ariel.Report

The staffing at this hotel was amazing! Not only was the staff pleasant, positive, and extremely helpful; but my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! Extremely relaxing, very clean, and completely enjoyable! Highly recommend!Report
