Many thanks to the Eco Pro team for helping out my father with his home. He is a compulsive hoarder and the home was not fit for anyone to live in. I could not believe how caring the team was towards him.

Within a day and a half the crew had the home completely clean and restored. Honestly it was nothing short of a small miracle. Special thanks to Dean as he kept me on track and made me feel comfortable about this situation as it really was hard to come to terms with how far my Dad really declined.

I called several companies, and even interviewed another one and I am very glad I chose Eco Pro. My Dad has his home back, and we will keep an eye on his situation to make sure it doesn't fall back to where it was.

We have used eco-Pro two years in a row and both times the service was excellent the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We specifically called them to take care of some pet stains left on our rug and our carpet they did have to come back for a second treatment of certain spots on our carpet but it was no questions asked they came back and treated the areas and said they'd come back again if needed. The spots were gone after the second treatment. When treating urine stains they informed us that sometimes the second treatment is needed they don't typically like using stronger chemicals when pets are in the house and the second treatment stronger chemicals needed to be used because of her urine. They were also very knowledgable of the products they were using which was reassuring because we do have a dog and we don't want our dog or our child being exposed to Hearst chemicals that is why we chose a go pro to begin with. I would highly recommend them.

We booked with them and confirmed. He asked me to text him my address, i did that.. then asked my husband to take off work to rush home. We called over a dozen of times, we finally managed to get him on the phone and he mentioned they were on their way maybe stuck in traffic. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! So we went with another company that can stick to their plans.

Thank you to Eco-Pro once again for the great service. Your team did a beautiful job on my carpets and the tile cleaning in my kitchen. Both look brand new! I have used Eco-Pro for several years and have always been very happy with the service. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.
