Eco Pro Cleaning Services

We had a technician come in from Eco-Pro for a mold problem that we had in our basement. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had a quote for us within the day. Pricing was very reasonable, but we especially liked how complete and thorough he was. We had 2 other companies come in and really didn’t seem like they understood what was the root cause of the problem. We accepted the estimate and within a few days, the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Eco-Pro and encourage others looking for mold removal to call them.

Issues from start to finish. It took three days for someone to show up to our booking as it kept being put off, then cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled, meaning our work schedules and school drop off/pick ups had to keep being rearranged for three days. It was up to us to call frequently and we kept being told it would "be just another hour or so" until they cancelled altogether. Technicians finally showed up on the third day (which also meant our landlord who was scheduled to inspect our home had to walk all over wet carpet) and the machine didn't remove majority of marks throughout the house however I was able to remove most of them simply by wiping with water. The carpet cleaning machine had made very little difference to very superficial marks and spots. Sent an email with photos in an effort to discuss this with the manager to the address provided over the phone but never got a response...

I called last night and spoke to a guy, we set up a appointment for a post renos cleaning estimate for today 1pm... No one showed up, no call, nothing...when I called today I spoke with a women who said "we don't offer post renos cleaning anymore" and she couldn't explain why the guy didn't tell me that yesterday....

Top notch company and crew. Came highly recomended to deal with severe nicotine contamination in a newly purchased house. Dean personally called me and broke down the problem, explained thoroughly everything that had to be done to fix it. Bailey and Veronique...you are awesome! From your initial assessment to the work you did is nothing short of amazing! Shout out also to Danika for always returning my calls and keeping me up to date! Honesty, professionalism and integrity....On a scale of 1 to 10....you guys are off the charts!!!

Just had Eco-Pro in to clean two of my mattresses this morning. They were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My mattresses look amazing and my house smells incredible.

Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Initially I had difficulty with this company due to a mattress cleaning that didn’t dry in the expected time.

However, I just received a phone call from the owner Dan who offered me a full refund for the cleaning due to the trouble I experienced. This is why I changed my review. This company has great customer service even when things go wrong and they appreciate their apology and then making this right for me!
I wish them all the best in their future. Thanks again Dan for making this Right for me I really do appreciate it.

I am very happy with the service that Eco Pro provided us. The staff was very friendly, and the work was excellent. We had a flooded basement because of the thaw last week. Their team were like superheroes the way they worked., Our basement was cleared, water was removed and it was dry as a bone in a couple of days. Thanks for the great service!!

Good company. At the end of a small project they are doing for me. Very high quality work and they move fast, like very fast! The guys you get at your house also work directly for them, at least on a smaller project. Dean, the owner, is very flexible and the rates are more than fair. As a homeowner I can say they have taken a very stressful situation and made it much easier for me. 5 stars for these guys.

Update: Also had the company remove what would have been considered a lot of mold in the basement. Final air test results back, everything back to normal. Another excellent job.
