I recommend this place. Prompt service, fair price. Courteous staff.

We schedule an appointment, confirmed the date and time and no one showed up. We called again to re-schedule and the same thing happened. No explanation, no call to warn us that no one showed up. We are very disappointed and will definitely not be recommending Eco-Pro.

Called them several times and was told would get a call back end of the day. NEVER HAPPENED.

Mere hours after my initial review here was posted, I received a call from the owner of Eco-Pro Services Group looking to rectify the situation as described below. I was immediately offered a full refund as well as a sincere offer to clean the rug again, free of charge. I accepted both offers and four weeks later my rug has been returned and it looks significantly better than it did when it was picked up. I appreciate all the hard work that was done on my behalf, but I am equally disappointed that it took such drastic measures to have my concerns acknowledged. I am very appreciative of the work that has been done, however I would say that on the whole, consistent communication and updates have been severely lacking, particularly as this process has taken almost two months to resolve. Bottom line: Eco-Pro does good work, they made a significant improvement to the stain on my rug, for which I am very grateful, but they need to work on their customer communication and be dedicated to listening to concerns to actually take care of the problems as described.

(2018/09/26) Terrible experience with Eco-Pro from start to finish. What started out as a promising experience with a promise to come that day to pick up my rug, turned into an inconvenience of monumental proportions. Eco-Pro failed to do my pick up on the day that it was promised due to an error, which in itself would have been understandable as mistakes do happen. But having taken time off work to accommodate the first pick up window, I was less willing to do it a second time. They did accommodate my later pick up window in the end, and upon pick up they promised me a 3 day turnaround for the cleaning. After 1 week, I followed up by telephone, having had no communication from them and was informed that my rug would be 6-8 days minimum with no specific information about my rug readily available. The individual on the phone promised me that someone would follow up with me to give me an update on my rug. After three days with no follow up from Eco-Pro following that phone call, I followed up once again. I was informed that my rug should be available that day, and they could deliver it. Delivery was arranged for that evening and once again, no one delivered my rug to me with no calls to follow up or give an explanation. The next day again, I once again followed up, and while apologetic, I was only given the option to reschedule the delivery. It was at this point that I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager would call me back. I'll assure you that I am still waiting on that phone call more than a week later. My rug was delivered two days later, I was given a discount for my inconvenience and once again assured that a manager would follow up with me. I made payment and took my rug inside and once I got it unrolled, I noted that the stain that I had sent it away to get cleaned was exactly as it was when I sent it out, and no one had even made mention of it when dropping it off or speaking to me on the phone. The rug honestly looked like nothing had been done, and in other areas it looked like it had actually been dirtied more. In the end, this was the biggest waste of money and effort that I have ever expended. Would not recommend.

Amazing job done in April-2018. Had discovered two types of bad mold that of which air born spores reached all over the house. Dean came and explained everything well and was very compassionate about helping me out. He and his team worked so well and thorough to make sure it was done 100%. He also was very reasonable on the price, which made it more affordable with less financial straining. Thank you Dean!

No one ever wants to admit when they can't handle the cleaning and maintenance of their own home. We are taught to keep our short comings to ourselves, and just like the dirt and garbage grows so does your shame. Then you realize that things are so far gone you couldn't possibly ask for help, because what sane human being would live like this. Then comes the dreaded day that something breaks in your home and you know your going to have to have people come in. If your reading this and can relate and need help I mean you NEED HELP call Dean all I can say is EcoPro saved a "Friend " of mines life and did it with out ever making her feel like she was lazy or dirty or even alone, when it came to being able to manage the house hold cleaning and garbage and repairs. I was afraid my friend would never be able to find people that would even stand in her home let alone clean it. I was there the first day and was sure I would see or hear comments from the people cleaning and emptying the the house, but not only were there no comments, but they were always checking with her to make sure she was OK with what was going on, and that blew my mind. Kindness and the willingness to help people, would have to be the way I would describe everyone she encountered at EcoPro. If you're still suffering because you are afraid of what people might think when they come in to help, then don't wait anymore. You deserve it and I feel so blessed that she found them.

Contacted Eco-pro promised me that the smell of smoke would be gone with no issues at all. That was not the case, instead the staff took my deposit. They came to work for 2hours that day and told me that they would be back the following day but never got through to the owner for a week! After that i told them to just hand me my money back and to take care. horibbleeeee serviceeeee that make you wait forevr!

Thank you for the Team at Eco Pro for helping me and my client out in short notice. My client had lived inside the same home for over 30 years and there needed to be done alot of work prior to selling the home to get rid of garbage and odour. Eco Pro treating my client very well during the process and got the place cleaned and spotless before getting on the market.
