I would highly recommend Dwell to anyone and I often do without being prompted! They have a great team, everyone is professional while still being awesome at the same time! The agent I work with, Will Wright, is a real estate rockstar! Timely, professional, has answers to everything I ask and was very patient with me on a personal level as I was buying my first ever house. Plus he's just a awesome guy to be around and work with. Will basically built the foundation under my feet as I was trying to walk through the buying process with his knowledge, connections and attitude.

Go with this company, you will not regret it!

Lindsay made the apartment locating process very pleasant for me! She was very responsive, helpful, and professional in assisting me all the way through the process. She was also very knowledgable about which areas of Dallas would be best for me!

We were really in need of a place, being new to the DFW area I honestly didn't really know where to begin. However Jack was quick to respond and got to work right away. He had lined up 2 tours for us the very next day. Walked us through the processes, helped communicate on our behalves and ensured we were well informed on the various leasing options we had. We got approved and we're very satisfied with Jack's help. We even referred Jack over to some friends of ours and they were also able to find a great place to settle into. I'll definitely be continuing my business with them.

Chris with Dwell inc did an INCREDIBLE job of helping my roommate and I find our dream apartment in the exact area and neighborhood that we wanted! For someone moving from out of state, Dwell inc makes such an effort to keep me informed and help me find the perfect place. I contacted several realtors and apartment locator, none of which compared to Dwell inc! Made my cross country move so much easier and stress-free.

My roommate and I found Dwellinc via Instagram and we were unsure of what working with a locator was like as we have not used one before. Well, our expectations were exceeded! Aubrey helped us find a gem after tons of searching. Our situation was time sensitive and we had a vision of what we wanted, but weren't exactly sure how to find it. Aubrey's diligence and attitude made the process as smooth as it could be and a very positive one! We appreciated working with him and look forward to doing so in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with dwell! Aubrey was our realtor and he killed the search. He was super helpful, cared about details, and just awesome! We chose 3 places to visit but by the end of the first tour, we were ready to lease! I'm definitely recommending this company whenever my friends are looking to move bc it's so easy.

Aubrey was so awesome. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very responsive after the fact. I called him at 8pm for leasing help and he assured me that everything would be fine and we'd get the apartment we wanted. He's a stand up guy and I fully recommend him!

I had such a great experience with Jahmaol! He was very helpful from the start and was able to find me such a great apartment within my budget and specifications. I had done tons of searching on my own and had never come across the property I ended up choosing. He set up all of my tours for me which made things such a breeze and made what would have been a stressful process very relaxed and easy. I will definitely contact him again if I ever decide to move properties in the future. I highly recommend using Dwellinc if you're searching for an apartment in Dallas and ask for Jahmaol!

I had the most greatest experience with Sal as my locator. I'm new to this city and very busy with work, when he first called me about my search, I was a bit apprehensive but he earned my trust right away. He made me feel encouraged and literally took all the stress of apartment hunting for me. It's so hard moving to a new city where you have no one, I was beginning to rethink this decision of relocating but the day I met Sal, I no longer felt alone in this city. He took my worries and brought joy back in this experience. He bought me coffee in between tours, we shared so much laughter in our search that I really looked forward to our next tour. He listened to me and really found me a place where he knows I would fit in. I am so grateful for him and hopefully God bless him for his kindness, thoughtfulness & thoroughness. He understood the assignment and delivered! I'm looking forward to moving into my new place! Thanks again Sal!
