If more companies conducted as Dave's World we would be in great shape! Highest quality equipment, great communication and response time and the techs. are over the top professional and knowledgeable. We just had ours serviced and the young man (Sam) that was here was super at his job, his second time here to do the two year cleaning and he is a great representative of Dave's World. We had a great experience purchasing a heat pump. Our salesman Matt, was knowledgeable and helped us decide on the appropriate unit for the space. He was available for questions and follow up through the purchasing process. Install was done in a timely manner. Nate and Dave were our installers they were very professional and respectful of our home. They showed that they knew the product and were prepared for the install. There was no mess left behind and they took the time to make sure we had our paper work and information. Over all it was a great experience and we will be returning customers as we continue to upgrade our home.Report
