Charlie and (sorry-forgot his partner's name, Chad?) were great when they came to diagnose the problem with my heat pump. They mentioned that they had read my notes and had a good idea what the problem was before arriving. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Sam was all business when he set up to clean our heat pump. He veery careful to not make a mess. He worked consistently but was pleasant to talk with. I would definitely have them back and I will request Sam.

Dave’s World was professional, responsive, and wonderful! Sales Rep, Matt, clearly represented the company, perfectly. He was on time, thorough, and provided the estimate, exactly as was charged. Then I was nervous because it was going to be installed. But from the Lead Installer, Kim, Steve, electrician, Angie, and even office staff, Julie, they exhibited exactly what should be in any business. I was put at ease with each of them and purchased a product that was top-of-the-line. I feel like I made the right decision for years to come in addition to adding value to my home. One of the best companies going in their field. I'm a problem solver for one of the largest companies in the world - and Dave's World impresses me every time I've interacted with them. I was new to the area in 2016 when I first crossed their threshold in DFC and have never once had a reason to think I've never gotten anything but the best service and value. Arne is a treasure to work with and talk to - he's professional, courteous and punctual. Please have him cloned immediately (the more the merrier) so the rest of us can hire him.
