Dave's World

Sam called before the appointment as the office stated the Tech would in a timely manner. He was courteous, professional and very timely. On arrival, Sam went right to work, great work ethic, which today is hard to find. He was very efficient and his technical skills showed. No mess was left after the service, everything was put back in it's place. When Sam completed the service, he walked me through the condition of the unit and what he had found in a very clear manner. He did a great job with the bi-annual cleaning and service. Working with staff, both paid and volunteer on a regular basis; Dave's World is very fortunate to have Sam as an employee. Great Job!!!!

I just had my first cleaning on my heat pumps. Sam was amazing!! My dogs were super comfortable with him like he was family! He was so professional, knowledgeable and down to earth friendly! I have been so happy with my whole heat pump experience. Thank you Dave’s World for making my home one more step towards high energy efficient.

We had our 2 heat pumps serviced yesterday and the service tech Sam was very polite and professional, he explained everything that he was going to do and gave us a class on how to get the most out of our heat pumps during the winter and summer he also explained how to use the remotes our next service will be done by Dave's world and i hope that we get the same tech Sam he was awesome
