After staying at the Crowne Plaza Dallas-Market Center over the last couple of years this was a welcoming experience.

We had to stay an additional night after the initial reservation was placed and the staff was great about making sure we did not have to switch rooms which I appreciated. Very clean and quiet.

Excels stay overall, loved it............................

We stayed for a concert at this location. Walk was around 10 mins which was fine with us. Willow front desk gal was very sweet and helpful. Beware when checking out. Lady up front was hostile and rude to many of us checking out. I would stay again.

The bed is comfortable and there is quality food in the restaurant/room service. The self-service parking lot has no security gate, nothing to keep anyone else out and yet they charge you $20 a day to park your car. There is a homeless camp in the connecting parking lot. There was only 2 towels provided for 2 guests for 2 nights.
