One set of towels in our king room. Something red splattered on the bathroom walls. No hot water to take a shower in the morning. The elevator broke down. The coffee bar was all disheveled, not stocked. One tiny little body wash tube, no soap. A small bottle of hand soap on the sink that didnt work.

This is no longer the Crown Plaza, this is not as it seems. This listing should be removed. False advertising at its finest. It is now a terrible hotel known as the Pittsburgh Plaza, it is also a "safe haven" for homeless Covid-19 Patients... this place needs to be shut down.
