Probably stayed here on least 10 different occasions in the last 5 years and never have been disappointed. Great staff, clean rooms and an awesome surrounding area. Stay here if you are in the areaReport

Very convenient it was very clean the checkin was very good we got there early and they had our room ready. We were there for holiday shopping and it was located right across from the King of Prussia Mall. We've been going there for Christmas shopping every year for 4 to 5 years it would of been around 7 years if it wasn't for the Covid. We couldn't go the last Two years. We go with friends and we consider it our yearly tradition to stay at the Crown Plaza and shopping at the King of Prussia Mall.Report
