Add ReviewWe had a horrible experience this time. I had been telling everyone how much I loved this hotel and I have done a 180 on my opinion. We will never return and I will make sure everyone knows. The rooms were so disgusting. You couldn't walk around barefoot, because your feet would turn black. The soap scum around the faucet had been there awhile and was all built up. The mold in the tub was concerning. The front desk screwed up everything. My husband is an IHG aspire elite member with over 1 million points and we have never been so disappointed.ReportRe: We had a horrible experie ... Really disappointed and is probably my worst hotel experience to date given that this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The location is great but sadly customer service skills are not really apparent. Also, as embarrassing as this is... the toilet did not flush the first time using it and had to wait 3+ hours to get it fixed only after complaining a second time in-person because they did not pick up the phone after multiple calls.ReportRe: Really disappointed and i ... Located right next to Bourbon street. They did a great job at discussing which room we would like. Good security at front door and require room key to use elevator. Room was very clean and hotel was well kept.ReportRe: Located right next to Bou ... When you think the "Crown Plaza" you thinking your stay will be extravagant. Well the valet is a horrible set up you basically have to park your car in the middle of the road unload your car i have kids so i am trying to unload and when leaving load my car and make sure my kids don't get hit by a car. Then when i get my car from valet leaving my stay i notice that some money was stolen from my car and i know what you are saying well she should of got all of that out yes i should but it's hard when they have you unloading you car in the middle of the street to make sure you have every thing out your car. Of course since it's right around the corner from Bourbon st at 4 in the morning people was hollering as they was coming in for the night that was right after someone pulled the fire alarm early morning had all of us on the front side walk in the cold. Called and complained about my money being missing it's been a week haven't heard anything back which i figured i understand i am not going to the money replace i wanted them to be aware that they have dishonest people working and getting in and out peoples personal stuff.ReportRe: When you think the "Crown ... My stay at The Crowne Plaza was a great experience. The Customer service was great from the Bellmen to the Front desk clerks and valet team. I look forward to my next stay there.Report
Good location right on the corner of Canal and Bourbon. Lots of foot traffic outside the hotel so there's always something to do. The room is like living in a rectangle concrete box. We were there for only one night and when I finally was deep asleep, the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated at 7:30 in the morning. I wasn't too happy about that but it allowed us to walk down Bourbon Street in the day light and see the efforts it takes to clean up after a Saturday nightReportRe: Good location right on th ...
