The staff went above and beyond to make our visit incredible. Darrien (?) was fantastic. When I mentioned the issues with our room, he was appalled we were given it in its state. The 1 star deduction is only that IHG needs to do a facelift in the common areas. Curbside appearance isn't that great.

Extremely polite staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. They make up for the fact that the rooms are very outdated and the bathrooms are falling apart. The shower curtain rod attachment will hit you in head.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely motel. It was close to restaurants, shopping and Beale Street. We hope to stay there again. Decorated very well for Christmas . The bed was fabulous!

Do not book you are better of staying at a motel . There are issues with the key cards to the doors, the restrooms didn't work and it's dirty. As soon as I walked down the hall to my room there where dirty sheets outside the hall way in every room. It took almost 2 hours upon my arrival to get someone to help me open up my room because the key card wasn't working. I must of gone 4 times to the supervisor about the door not opening and I didn't get any assistance from him. It's a joke how much I spent for this hotel don't waist your money.

Lobby and bar area were nice. We had a room with a king bed, but that was about it. Two of the outlets didn't work, the scanner for our keycards to get into the rooms was broken, and the garbage was not emptied when we checked in. Location is great if you're looking for somewhere to stop in the middle of a road trip.

Nice location and property but needs better cleaning and repairs. Poor amenities.
