Last month we have the chance to staying in the hotel next-door I think the experience wasn't that good but we have a way better customer service except that in here The ballot lady that helped us in the morning was very kind and professional it was a very very nice delight an experience before leaving the hotel

We only had one available towel in our room and also there were two bottles of water open and used …
I'm glad that I realize I'm on the water from the very beginning otherwise I will probably drink a water thinking that it was from one of us

The room is OK but it's a lot of dust everywhere behind a bed around the bed in all the tables etc !!! The body shower smell horrible

But I do recommend this place it wasn't that bad from others experience

The $200 a night deposit is INSANE! Plus $40 a day for parking. Ugh! There are no queen beds on the premises and the full sized beds seem small. The bathroom was not very clean and the water pressure was ridiculously low. If all you want is a nice lobby this is great. But if you want a nice sleep and hot shower and expect the staff to even pretend to care DO NOT STAY HERE!
