Crowne Plaza Key West-La Concha

Service was terrible at time of check in and lady was super rude. Our first room smelled like urine in different locations. When we went to switch rooms the same rude lady was being very disrespectful to her colleague in front of guest. Rooms are tiny, dark and smelled like urine. Lobby bar is only open until 5:30pm, no room service and they don't clean rooms daily. The pool is tiny and not inviting. Hotel charges a $40 resort fee and is far from a resort or 4 star hotel. Electrical outlets were broken, phone didn't work and the doors to go outside are locked. Seems very unsafe. This was by far the worst hotel experience and unfortunate we couldn't relax. Very unfortunate and unacceptable.

Poor service..Poor rooms...nothing to what we were told...no very good service...bathroom was with mold and shower flooded floor...we had turn air off as was a meat locker...no window in room to open..very disappointed

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms are a little in the small side but has every thing you need. It's clean, the pool is great, staff is friendly especially Christine. Would definitely come back.

German, the bartender, was courteous and attentive. Very professional service!

Our 2nd floor balcony room is amazing. Bartender German is amazing. The pool bar is very relaxing. Tiffany, GM, made sure everything was perfect. The location on Duval St puts you right in the heart of old town KW. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Front desk staff are very gracious. Tremendous vacation.

The hotel charged me the day before arrival. This is what I signed up for so that was fine. Upon arrival, the room in the photo online did NOT match the room we were put in. I immediately returned to the front desk. The gal that checked me in was more than willing to help out as she agreed the photo on the room I booked was not the room that we were in. I told her I would be happy with 50% off the room. She then went to what seemed to be her manager. We went to the room I showed him furniture was missing and the photo made it look very spacious and it was not. He said, well I'll send up a dresser and replace the chair. The dresser was replaced with a beat up old tv stand. And then he walked away and basically told me I was out of luck. He had a very poor attitude. Never got a chair replaced in our room. You also have to basically back into the bathroom to use the toilet. The hotel is old so I understand tha,t but very misleading online. There is a lot of disrepair as well. Our shower valve just spun and spun and spun. You had to hold on to it while moving just to make sure it didn't fall off the wall. Lots of mold and rust in the bathroom as well. Leaks all over the common areas of the hotel with rotten wood. The balcony was in bad disrepair. Only breakfast, no other food offered. No bar by the pool opened during our stay. The location of the hotel is great, but for the amenities and room, It's way over priced!

Nice place and friendly staffs. Love the bartender, Mr German. His cocktails are amazing. Five stars to German and the hotel staffs.
