Crowne Plaza Harrisburg-Hershey

I had read bad reviews about this hotel after I booked it and was concerned. To might delight, there was absolutely nothing bad about this hotel. The rooms were nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Chris at the front desk helped us book an extra night and gave us a good rate. Tommy from Valet was exceptional and extremely accommodating. Went over and above. I will definitely stay again. It's perfect when taking Amtrak.

when we first checked in , the hotel and valet looked shady on its own . when we walked into the hotel it smelt like poverty . that was one thing that made this gross . another thing was when we went to go check into our room . when we checked into our room it was painted in filth . there was hair all over the bathroom and the beds smelt horrible . i wouldn't touch anything in that place . the toilet paper has been used and there was water all over our bathroom . the doors had filth and it looked horrid . there was one door that had a smell behind it and looked disgusting . it wouldn't open when i tried . the only good thing about this place is that the reception had no problem giving us our money after 10 minutes of being in there .

The prices we reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Great staff

Loved this hotel. Very spacious room and fabulous pool that was open until 11pm. Walkable from Amtrak train station. Car hire nearby. Highly recommended.
