Had an interesting time. There was a fire in the building and we had to evacuate for a while.

I feel this is a hidden gem. It's a great upscale hotel. Very attractive furnishings. I found my room to be very clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower is super huge with plenty of hot water! Little extra touches of classy shampoo and a makeup mirror. I actually like the quiet location as well.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay. We appreciated the on-site restaurant which was pretty nice and good food and service.
The early morning shuttle was right on time.

Bugs!!! Stayed on the 8th floor. First things first, I must say the gentleman who was working at 8am on sunday morning of Dec 12 was very kind and very nice. He found me and my girlfriend an early check in room which was fantastic. However this is where it gets bad. Right when we walk into the room we see 2 coffee cups , a pair of glasses and both trash cans still filled with trash. Asked for our room to be cleaned, went to the store and grabbed something to eat. Came back and we had to clean the room ourselves. Then we took a nap , woke up around 5pm and BOTH started itching around the ankles. At first we didnt think to much of it, however the next morning after returning home from our flight and the entire flight home we were itching. We both have bug bites on our ankles , feet, arms and necks. We stayed on the 8th floor in 828. Please be careful when booking this hotel, just go to Embassy Hotel down the block. A little more expensive but totally worth it! Wish I could get my refund cause I will not ever be staying at another Crowne Plaza again
