My check in was very smooth and easy and effortless. Staff is very courteous and professional. Loved my stay here.

Really enjoyed place, staff, pride, and convenience of location. Close to a lot of touristy restaurants. Will come here again without a doubt.

Everything was amazing ! The inside of the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The staff was very welcoming and everything was clean. The parking is great and I felt safe leaving my vehicle parked.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to go on my trip like I wished to but the management is top tier. Both Javier and Jocelyn were a big help. Both were very communicative, quick, and most of all friendly. Unfortunately I'm in a situation I'm unable to travel but once I bypass it I will most definitely go and stay there. Definitely recommend, customer service is 11/10.

Great service

On balance I love this Hotel, although, since last year, the overall services offered has diminished, including daily maid service.

While the food is generally edible and portion sizes ok, their prices have gone up, further limiting what can be obtained on a travel budget.

Charging for parking there seems an outright money grab and seemed excessive for a 2-night stay. With CA Hotel fees jacked up by the Governor, Hotels need to get creative on what they are offering and what they are charging.

Positive: Good service, polite, helpful personal. Negative: Nothing all good
