Crowne Plaza Cleveland South - Independence

On the app. It's says indoor pool. It's not open. But it doesn't say it's closed. Its outdated carpets haven't been cleaned in about 10 years. Hallways filfty. Then the magnger said it says pool closed on the app. I said no sir. He kept saying yes it does. Finally i said it does not and dont be rude. I think he wanted to say something but i was at my wits end. Bc i knew i couldn't get a refund.

On website it reports a pool but when I went in and asked about it they said the pool is closed and the price of our room was expensive and the hotel looked old and crumbling. A man was complaining about how nasty his room was and we both were told they do not refund

NASTY!! BED BUGS!!! Was staying for 2 nights and left halfway through! No plugs worked. Had to move fridge to outlet to get a plug! The wifi wouldn't work. Anyone could walk in as well no outside doors locked. So why even need a key?! The hotel is GARBAGE!! I would never ever stay again! If I could give negative stars I would!

If I could give no stars I would. This hotel was trash from the go. The front desk was average at best, when we got our key for our FIRST room she didn't tell us or write down the room number. So we had to go ask, then go back up for the key to not work after 20-30 attempts. My girlfriend went back down to get another key, didn't work. Ended up getting a new room. Key worked fine, but the room was a different story. First thing I noticed was the tv was off of its wall mount and not connected to any power. Second, no night stand for the other side of the bed. Third, the shower did not work, only the tub portion as the lever to pull up on was stuck. The cabinets aren't done in the bathroom. The filter in the AC in the room was covered like it never got cleaned in its entire existence. We even found bugs in our bed, how great right?! Woke up the next morning getting ready and my girlfriend went down to the lobby while I changed and someone used their key to get into our room… which is weird. Not even a knock. Then it happened again while she was getting ready. She told them about the bad experiences and all they said was you should've got a different room. Sounds like they shouldn't be giving out terrible rooms. Overall don't come here, don't waste your money, and enjoy somewhere else. 0/5 stars.

Me and my boyfriend went for a stay here asked for 2 nights they charged me but it was only for one night for 2 hunderd and sum dollars danm near 3 then they took a $50 deposit i was supposed to get it back after a week its been a month and still did not receive anything and to top it all off the room was dirty the sink in the bathroom in the shower and sink was clog you here things through the night and the hallways are dirty to I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone there to High and gets many complaints.

Horrible and dirty

The place is ok. It could be better staffed.
